Educational Raptor Presentations for Schools and Events
Invite us and our beautiful birds of prey to your school or organization for an unforgettable experience at your indoor or outdoor school program or classroom. Choose any of the birds listed below to make your gathering truly special.

Presentations are taught by Vicki Gardner. She is a CA state-licensed master-class falconer. Presentations can be tailored to any age group and will consist of sharing the bird's individual story, general fun facts about the bird's species, how the bird is used in falconry and conservation status and we bring teaching aids like feathers and coloring pages for the kids for smaller groups/classroom style presentation.
PRESENTATION STYLES
Classroom style: Vicki will engage the entire group in a manner reminiscent of a teacher addressing a classroom. Her approach is well-suited for educational settings or small to medium-sized private events. With a duration of 30 minutes to 1 hour, Vicki will facilitate an interactive experience, ensuring that all guests are involved with Q&A and tactile material effectively. This setting fosters a conducive learning environment where questions and discussions can enhance understanding.
Meet & Greet style: Guests can interact with us and our birds individually during your event, asking questions and hearing stories in a personal setting. We can be at a booth and/or mingle with guests, making this suitable for restaurant events or larger public events where guests come and go. Duration: 1-3 hours.
OUR POLICIES
Cancellation Policy: We do not offer refunds, but you can reschedule or receive store credit for encounters or presentations in the future. Store credit never expires. This policy also applies if we need to cancel your event due to bad weather, disasters, or illness.
Bird Safety policy: Our birds are wild creatures, not pets. Quietness and a slow approach are necessary for a pleasant experience for both the birds and guests. Safety instructions will be provided during the presentation to ensure everyone's well-being and the comfort of the birds. Respecting their wild nature is essential for fostering a positive interaction. Guests are welcome to take photos, selfies, and videos of the birds during the event.
Our Prices:
Owl Package: $500* Duration: up to 1 hour
Includes 2 owl species & 1 presentation: introduce your classroom or group to 2 different owl species and the world of nocturnal raptors!
Hawk vs Falcon Package: $500* Duration up to 1 hour
Includes a Harris Hawk & Peregrine Falcon & 1 presentation. Introduce your classroom or group to the differences between a hawk and falcon.

Both packages are available in Classroom or Meet & Greet style presentations. We offer coloring pages pdfs and other teaching aids for school presentations.
Additional birds may be added to either package: $150 each
Packages may be split up into two 30 minute presentations. Additional $75 presentation fee applies.
Ask about flight demonstrations & holding birds on glove.
We offer 20% discount for schools and non-profits!
After you submit your registration form, you will be contacted usually within 24 hours. To secure your date, we ask for non-refundable $150 deposit or the full amount. Thank you for your support! All proceeds go towards caring for our birds and future educational programs.
Availability: Depends on Availability
Travel Fee $1/mile (round trip to and from your location) is a calculated fee based on where your venue is located. Below are the following cities we currently service. We are not able to travel to any locations beyond these listed at this time.
